In this recessionary environment, what is 2010 heralding for UK shoppers? How have their buying habits changed today and what will they want tomorrow? Cotton Council International (CCI) and Cotton Incorporated’s biennial research - The Global Lifestyle Monitor Survey - investigates a wide range of lifestyle issues relating to clothing, shopping, and textiles. The research, focussing on UK shoppers, is key to adding value and increasing understanding of consumer attitudes and behaviours to buyers and retailers. The study looks in detail at consumer attitudes and clothing interests, purchasing patterns and a variety of lifestyle issues such as environmental and economic concerns. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear from Executive Director of CCI – Allen A. Terhaar, Drapers Editor – Jessica Brown, WGSN Senior Editor – Lorna Hall and leading retailers ASOS.com and my-wardrobe.com to reveal how the shopping landscape and experience is changing in the UK.
You will learn about:
- What is motivating shoppers to spend their money
- The issues behind product demand
- Shoppers’ preference for quality vs. price
- Which fibres shoppers are more likely to purchase
- What garments consumers are buying most
- Shoppers’ attitudes to environmental issues
Join us for our panel discussion webinar, chaired by Drapers Editor Jessica Brown.
